  A bank is a bank, when you walk in " being a rich man or poor man" everyone should be treated the same, we all know that is not the case," unfortunately this bank is just that, you know by the amount in your accounts wether or not you will be greeted with a smile or rushed out the door.

  After weeks of calling me, i finally made the appointment to come in. My appointment was rescheduled 6 minutes before start time. Luckily i checked my email before walking in. The personal banker could’ve at least called since it was so close to start time. I like 5/3, but not this branch.
